Back to Kate's for another special session before the new school term. This time I was armed with a colourful selection of Fimo clay to make some beads. Nick joined in too and whilst he soon moved on to making snails and snakes he also created some beads to make a bracelet for his mum.
Kate's beads were beautifully made and when one spiral shape turned out too large for a bead we decided it would probably make a perfect pendant if it was put on a ribbon - and it did! After the beads were baked and turned into jewellery we still had time before lunch so we took the opportunity to make poms poms using some very colourful wool.
